D.M.S. Plants are so named due to the Dense Medium Separation or S.G. Separation processes employed within mineral processing plants. Bondquip specializes in Mobile D.M.S. Plants (Dense Medium Separation or S.G. Separation) from 10 T.P.H. all the way through to 300 T.P.H.

Our D.M.S plant installations are designed to modular standards and are available to meet most alluvial/ kimberlite diamond and coal mining operations in South Africa.

Combined to 1000 tph by adding a number of 150 tph modules.
Minimum civil work needed.
No fuss, stop start as required for maintenance or general shut down.
Fast densification.
Modules are factory tracer tested before shipment to site.
Ore to medium ratios 7.1, 5.1, 4.1.
